| General Information |

The apartments listed on the site are for information purpose only.
Availability of the property must be requested by phone or by email or by filling the online booking form, or for last minute reservations the Last-Minute category available on our website updated daily with periods. |

| Reservation Requests |
|
Requests for 1 - 5 nights are accepted with maximum 6 days before. (See Last-Minute category)
Visits to check the property are possible for confirmed reservations of at least 7 nights. |

| Check-in and Check-out |
|
Check-in is made after 14:00, in case you arrive after 22:00 there is an extra tax of 7€.
Early Check-in (if possible) starting with 08:00 it will be charged with 15€.
The Check-out is made until 12:00, after this hour until 16:00 will be an extra fee of 20€. |

| Prices and payments |
|
| Our rates are per apartment per night and include all apartment costs and services as stated in apartment description page. |
| Payments for 1-30 days will be asked upon arrival for full prepayment. |
| Payments for over 30 days will be scheduled as a monthly prepayment. |
|
| Extra Guest Fee |
|
| Some apartments can accommodate more people by using an extra bed (extensible couch). In this case we have an extra fee of 7 € / night / guest sleeping in that bed. |
|
| Leaving before or extending your period |
|
Leaving the apartment before your period ends - we will refund your money for the rest of the period, less 1 night fee. Any discounts provided will be recalculated considering the new period.
Extending your period while in our apartment - you must be aware that we may have to give you another apartment if that one is allready booked and confirmed. Total period will be considered for discounts. |

| Arrival to the apartment |
|
We offer our airport transfer service with every reservation. Our customer support staff will expect you at the airport, near the information office with a banner, and will transport you to the apartment.
If you come by car or using other methods, or you are unsure about your arrival time, you can call our staff when you arrive in Bucharest, at any time, and they will help you get as soon as possible into the apartment. |

| Apartment Types |
|
Studio - or one room apartment, composed by a large room with king size bed and furniture for daily activities, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. It can accommodate 1-2 guests.
2 rooms - composed by bedroom with king size bed, a living room with extensible sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It can accommodate 1-4 guests.
3 rooms - composed by 2 bedrooms with king size beds, a large living room with extensible sofa, kitchen, and 1-2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 2-6 guests.
4 rooms - composed by 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 3-8 guests. |

All apartments are located in Center of Bucharest, close to restaurants, shopping areas, banks, and transportation. All buildings have elevators.
Our Apartments have a complete equipped kitchen, ironing equipment, electronics, clean towels and linens, cleaning service twice a week. |
